Our
experienced staff is made up of a chef, professionally trained at The
College of Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University, as well
as a family experienced and professionally trained cook. We specialize
in all forms of cuisine ranging from southern style home cooking to
exquisite fine dining.
Scott
Lockhart - Chef
Scott
Lockhart is a Roanoke native growing up and living here through high
school. He has now returned after a 11 year hiatus traveling
through many states including Tennessee, Colorado, Florida and
Georgia. Scott attended the University of Tennessee for an
economic degree and Johnson & Wales university in Denver, CO
for his culinary degree. He has worked under such great chefs
as Tyler Wiard previously of Mel’s Bar & Grill and James Beard
Nominee Chef Arnaud Berthelier of The Dining Room at Ritz-Carlton,
Buckhead. Scott Lockhart was also Executive Chef at
Teaberry’s restaurant. Scott has worked in many restaurants
and has gathered many different cooking styles and techniques from
French, Mediterranean, Southwest, Asian and more.

Cook
With over 30 years of cooking experience,
Debbie provides the down home flavor that southwest Virginia loves. She
is known for delivering exquisite cuisine, beautiful presentations and
plenty of southern hospitality.
